A superb selection of high-quality homes has been released for sale at Chestnut Grove, Taylor Wimpey’s exciting new development in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

Chestnut Grove comprises an eagerly-awaited collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and is the initial phase of properties to be built in the new community of Radstone Fields.

The first new homes at Chestnut Grove are being sold from Taylors Estate Agents in Brackley, where visitors will be able to browse detailed plans for the full selection of stylish properties and take their pick from the first available plots.

They will also be able to find out more about the host of attractive homebuyer incentives on offer at the development.

Steve Rolt, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are delighted to unveil the first selection of new homes for sale at Chestnut Grove in partnership with Taylors Estate Agents in Brackley.

“By getting in at this early stage of development, home-hunters can be among the first to choose their favourite plot – and make sure someone else doesn’t beat them to it!

“What’s more, by reserving their new home off-plan, purchasers can enjoy a host of benefits, including choosing from our fantastic range of interior Options – and the price of their home is fixed when they reserve, even if the price of similar properties rises in the meantime.”

The first homes to go on sale at Chestnut Grove include a wide range of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses, with a choice of terraced, semi-detached and detached designs, plus two-bedroom coach house-style apartments.

Each property at the development will be completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Chestnut Grove enjoys a convenient position within the exciting new community of Radstone Fields, which lies just to the north of Brackley.

The masterplan for the development features a new primary school and playing fields, community facilities and a local centre, a supermarket and green open spaces including a new country park.

Brackley town centre lies within walking distance of the new homes and offers a wealth of local amenities for day-to-day living including Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, plus a choice of high street and independent shops, pubs and places to eat. The town also has a library, a leisure centre and a swimming pool.

Schools for children of all ages are within easy reach in Brackley, including Magdalen College School for secondary age pupils, which was rated ‘good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection.

Meanwhile, commuters will appreciate the proximity of the A43, for quick links to Towcester, Northampton, Oxford and the M40, while the A422 connects to Buckingham and Banbury.

To register an interest in the new homes at Chestnut Grove, property-seekers should visit taylorwimpey.co.uk. Taylors Estate Agents is located at 27 Market Place, Brackley, NN13 7AB, and is open Wednesday to Saturday and Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
