It’s been just over four weeks since Kier Living launched its Saxby Park development in the historic market town of Wellingborough and already househunters have snapped up six of the available homes.

Located less than a mile from the town centre, which boasts a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as exceptional leisure facilities, Saxby Park is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Ideal for commuters, the development is just a five-minute walk from Wellingborough train station, which provides direct services to London St Pancras International in under an hour and Nottingham in just over 60 minutes.

Once completed, by the end of 2016, the development will provide 134 two, three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments.

Amanda Edmunds, regional sales and marketing manager at Kier Living, said: “Saxby Park really is perfectly placed to cater for all the requirements of modern life. When you combine that with the exceptional quality of the homes on offer, it’s no surprise that buyers have been acting fast to secure their dream home.”

Work began on the site on 6th August 2013, when then Mayor of Wellingborough, Cllr Graham Lawman, cut the first turf. Since then, Kier Living has been working hard to bring the first of the new homes to market, and has created three stunning showhomes to really show buyers what they can expect from Saxby Park.

To make an appointment to view the three-bedroom Bluebell, two-bedroom Shelley and three-bedroom, three-storey Palmerston, visit the marketing suite from Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5pm.

Prices start at £182,995 for the stunning three-bedroom semi-detached Palmerston II and £203,995 for the four-bedroom mid-terrace Brook.
