Home-hunters in Brighton will soon receive the first opportunity to secure a beautiful new apartment within the city’s historic Royal Alexandra Hospital where Taylor Wimpey is set to reveal its latest selection of homes.

On Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September, the leading housebuilder will be unveiling a new collection of apartments which form part of the prestigious restoration and refurbishment of this landmark Victorian building off Dyke Road, Montpellier.

As well as being able to take their pick from the first available plots, property-seekers visiting the Royal Alexandra Quarter development from 10am on the day of the launch will also have the chance to explore a magnificent new show apartment.

Sarah Pasco, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re incredibly excited about the launch of our first new apartments and showhome within the original hospital building at Royal Alexandra Quarter.

“This landmark refurbishment project is the result of years of careful planning in collaboration with Brighton and Hove City Council, and it’s fantastic to see the restoration of this striking building to its former glory now coming to fruition.

“Apartments in previous phases at Royal Alexandra Quarter have proved hugely popular with discerning homebuyers, and we’re expecting interest in these wonderful period properties to sell out very quickly.

“I’d therefore urge anyone interested in finding out more to get in touch today to request their priority appointment for Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September.”

Each of the 20 private apartments which comprise the Royal Alexandra Quarter refurbishment phase is a one-off design with its own unique interior layout. Detailed plans and prices will be unveiled at the launch event.

In the meantime, there are currently a handful of new-build penthouse apartments available for sale in the grounds of the former hospital at the development, with further details and prices available upon application.

Royal Alexandra Quarter is only a few minutes’ walk from Brighton’s main shopping district and also less than a mile from the sea front.

Brighton railway station is just over half a mile from the development and offers frequent commuter services to London Bridge and London Victoria in around 65 minutes, and the A23, the main route from the city to London, Crawley and Gatwick Airport, is on the doorstep.

The new apartments at Royal Alexandra Quarter are being unveiled between 10am and 5pm on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September at the development, off Dyke Road, Brighton, BN1 3JN. For more information, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
