Increase in accessible UK holiday bookings

UK cottage lettings agency has seen a 23 per cent increase in bookings for accessible properties year on year (based on comparing bookings for January-August 2013 with January-August 2014). Cory Farm Stanbury Cottage is fully wheelchair accessible and has M3I accessibility accreditation. This property is accessed via the upper ground floor which features one twin room and en-suite wet room with a shower as well as the kitchen and lounge/diner. The lower ground floor also features one twin bedroom and two doubles, one with en-suite shower room and WC. Cory Farm Stanbury Cottage has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it sleeps up to eight people and two dogs are allowed.

Folke Manor Woodpecker is a stunning two bedroom converted barn situated within the peaceful grounds of the owner’s farm. The warm and welcoming single-storey, ground floor property is located in Sherborne in Dorset where the stunning coastline has World Heritage status. Holidaymakers have a wide range of nearby attractions to visit including National Trust properties, and animal lovers will enjoy trips to Monkey World, the Sea Life Centre or Longleat Safari Park.
