House-hunters hoping to upgrade to a bigger and better home should make a beeline to one of Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after developments in West Sussex – for a hassle-free move to the home of their dreams!

That’s because purchasers moving up the property ladder at Mantell Park in Cuckfield or Lucastes in Haywards Heath can take advantage of the leading housebuilder’s Part Exchange scheme.

Under this incredible initiative, homeowners receive an agreed offer price for their current property based on the average of independent professional valuations and, with Taylor Wimpey as their cash buyer, they can stay in their old home until their new house is ready to move into.

Sarah Pasco, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Customers taking advantage of our fantastic Part Exchange scheme at Mantell Park or Lucastes can step up the housing ladder the easy way, with the whole process saving time, money and a great deal of stress.

“It’s the perfect choice for homebuyers who are keen to trade up from their current place but are reluctant to deal with the uncertainties of the open property market. I’d urge anyone interested in finding out more to come and see us as soon as they can.”

There’s a choice of four-bedroom detached houses currently available to reserve at Mantell Park, with two ‘Oakham’ plots priced from £490,000, which are each ready to view now.

The ‘Oakham’ features a large living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom, while the property also benefits from an integral garage and driveway parking outside.

Meanwhile, three-bedroom properties at Lucastes, priced from £430,000, and four and five-bedroom designs from £600,000 and £680,000 respectively, are also being sold from the Mantell Park Sales Information Centre.

Mantell Park enjoys a highly-desirable location in Cuckfield, an attractive village with a superb range of amenities just two miles from Haywards Heath town centre, while Lucastes benefits from a tranquil tree-lined setting off Lucastes Road in Haywards Heath bordered by mature woodland and an established residential area.

With the wonderful Sussex countryside on the doorstep, there are plenty of opportunities for enjoying the great outdoors on foot or by cycle, while families will appreciate that well-regarded schools for children of all ages are within easy reach of both developments.

Haywards Heath town centre has a wide range of independent and high street shops, including Sainsbury’s, as well as a good selection of restaurants, pubs and cafés. For commuters, Haywards Heath railway station provides direct services north to London Bridge in about 45 minutes, and south to Brighton in about 20 minutes and the A23 offers quick access to the M23 and M25.

To find out more about the homes available at Mantell Park or Lucastes, property-seekers should visit the Mantell Park Sales Information Centre, located off Bylanes Close, Cuckfield, RH17 5HB, and open daily from 10am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
