There are just a few chances left for home-hunters to snap up one of the final properties available in the last phase at Tir Gwyn, Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after development in Aberbargoed.

Just six superb new houses – all spacious four-bedroom detached designs – remain up for grabs at the leading housebuilder’s popular development.

The final selection includes the impressive ‘Oakford’, priced from £184,995, which offers a wealth of generous accommodation that’s perfect for contemporary lifestyles.

However, with demand continuing to run high, anyone hoping to join the residents of this exciting new development will need to get in quick to secure the home of their dreams.

Sara Taylor, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Time is fast running out to secure one of the final high-quality homes we have available at Tir Gwyn.

“We don’t expect these remaining properties to be available for long so potential purchasers should contact us without delay or they will face missing out altogether!”

The ‘Oakford’ features a large living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a kitchen/breakfast room, a utility room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside, the property benefits from a garage and driveway parking for two cars.

Alternative four-bedroom designs are priced from £174,995 at Tir Gwyn.

All new homes at the development are completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Help to Buy Wales enables eligible first-time buyers and existing home-owners who are in a position to proceed with a purchase to secure a Government loan for 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit. The scheme is available on new-build properties up to the value of £300,000 and there’s no salary cap for Help to Buy Wales customers.

Tir Gwyn enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of Aberbargoed, nestled between picturesque open countryside and an established residential area, with facilities for day-to-day living within easy reach including shops, pubs and places to eat.

Just a walk across the bridge over the picturesque Rhymney River is the neighbouring town of Bargoed, which offers a wider range of shops including a new Morrison’s supermarket, as well as an Odeon multi-screen cinema and schooling for secondary age pupils.

Tir Gwyn benefits from excellent commuter links, with the A469 providing convenient access to Caerphilly, ten miles away, and Cardiff, 16 miles from home, as well as the M4 motorway. Meanwhile, Bargoed railway station provides regular direct services to Caerphilly and Cardiff.

To stand a chance of securing one of the final properties at Tir Gwyn, property-seekers should visit the Sales Centre, located off Bedwellty Road, Aberbargoed, and open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
