Property-seekers will need to hurry if they hope to snap up one of the stunning new homes at Taylor Wimpey’s Tir Gwyn development in Aberbargoed.

House-hunters have been flocking to this in-demand development and now just four plots remain for sale – so would-be buyers are being urged to act without delay to avoid disappointment!

Sara Taylor, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’ve received an incredible response from home-buyers at our popular Tir Gwyn development and as a result there are now only a handful of plots available to purchase here!

“I would encourage prospective-purchasers to act quickly and visit us now as demand for these wonderful properties is running high and reservations are being taken on a first-come, first-served basis.”

The final properties available to buy at Tir Gwyn include the beautiful four-bedroom detached ‘Monkford’ and ‘Oakford’ homes.

The magnificent ‘Monkford’, priced at just £159,995, features a large living room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/dining room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway. Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three additional bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Alternatively, the superb ‘Oakford’ is on sale from £179,995 and its spacious ground-floor layout comprises a living/dining room, a kitchen/breakfast room, a utility room and a guest cloakroom, with four bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, and a family bathroom upstairs.

Both housetypes benefit from driveway parking for two cars and a garage outside.

To make choosing one of these high-quality homes even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a variety of helpful homebuyer incentives for purchasers in a range of circumstances.

Help to Buy Wales, for example, enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan of up to 20% of the full price of their new home – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%. Help to Buy Wales is available on new-build homes up to the value of £300,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

The fantastic Part Exchange incentive is also available with the final choice of ‘Oakford’ housetypes at Tir Gwyn. This helpful initiative sees customers receive 100% of the quick-sale value figure for their existing home, based on the average of independent professional valuations.

Tir Gwyn enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of Aberbargoed, nestled between picturesque open countryside and an established residential area, with facilities for day-to-day living within easy reach including shops, pubs and places to eat.

Just a walk across the bridge over the picturesque Rhymney River is the neighbouring town of Bargoed, which offers a wider range of shops including a new Morrison’s supermarket, as well as an Odeon multi-screen cinema and schooling for secondary age pupils.

Tir Gwyn benefits from excellent commuter links, with the A469 providing convenient access to Caerphilly, ten miles away, and Cardiff, 16 miles from home, as well as the M4 motorway. Meanwhile, Bargoed railway station provides regular direct services to Caerphilly and Cardiff.

To stand a chance of securing one of the final properties at Tir Gwyn, property-seekers should visit the Sales Centre, located off Bedwellty Road, Aberbargoed, and open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
