With almost 40 per cent of homes already sold off-plan, Persimmon Homes’ Hopetoun Park development is showing all the signs of becoming one of Aberdeenshire’s most popular housing developments.

And with the showhome yet to be opened, Persimmon are thrilled that their Bucksburn development has been so successful.

Sales Director at Persimmon Homes East Scotland, Lorraine Clelland, says: “We’ve had a great response from homebuyers who’ve been keen to visit our Marketing Suite and find out more about the properties we’re building on Hopetoun Park.

“We’re delighted to have already sold almost half of the properties here, particularly as our show home is scheduled to launch on Saturday 27 September.

“Buying off-plan at an early stage in the development means purchasers have more chance of securing their preferred plot. It also means customers can truly personalise their homes by choosing from a range of fixtures and fittings such as kitchen units, flooring, tiles or accessories.”

Hopetoun Park is ideally located in the particularly sought-after suburb of Bucksburn, set in a quiet country landscape yet within easy reach of Aberdeen city centre. The area benefits from local schools, within walking distance, and is situated close to the A96 offering access to the primary road networks to both the North and South.

Lorraine says that the sought-after location is a key factor in the development’s success.

“Bucksburn is a lovely location and as Persimmon Homes are the only housebuilder building in a six mile radius, we’re not surprised that Hopetoun Park has proved so popular with those wanting a contemporary home to meet the demands of everyday life.”

Hopetoun Park is a stunning collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes. To find out more about the development and buying off-pan, visit persimmonhomes.com.
