Coming soon - new homes to Horncastle

Linden Homes will be adding to its portfolio in Lincolnshire - following planning permission for 20 new homes in Horncastle.

Building work at the existing Bell’s Yard development in the town is due to begin in November – with the project offering a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The homes will be designed to compliment the existing Linden Homes properties at the site, and will be suitable for everyone from first time buyers to downsizers, families and investors.

Horncastle is located on the edge for the Lincolnshire Wolds, within easy reach of the Cathedral City of Lincoln, just over half an hour’s drive away on the A158.

Earlier this year, Linden Homes announced a new 50-home development elsewhere in Lincolnshire at Witham St Hugh’s – which is due to be officially launched in October.
