Home-hunters looking for their perfect property on the South Coast are invited to attend the official launch of Taylor Wimpey’s exclusive new Portslade Mews development in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex.

The new Sales Information Centre is opening on site at the development – which enjoys a prime location in the sought-after suburb of Portslade – on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October.

Visitors to the event will be able to view the brand new four-bedroom ‘Hove’ showhome, which will give a tantalising glimpse of the life they could be enjoying at Portslade Mews.

However, with the first properties already on sale now, anyone hoping to find their dream home in this hotly-anticipated collection is advised to attend the launch event to stand the best chance of securing their favourite plot!

Sarah Pasco, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re really looking forward to launching on site at Portslade Mews, which is already proving a hit with discerning home-hunters, as well as opening our stunning new showhome.

“With a strictly limited selection of just 31 properties available, I would recommend that anyone interested in making Portslade Mews their home should make sure they come along during our opening weekend – or they risk missing out!”

The ‘Hove’ features a large living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to three bedrooms and a main bathroom, while the en-suite master bedroom enjoys appealing seclusion on the top floor. Outside, the property benefits from allocated parking.

Portslade Mews is located off Norway Street in Portslade, one of Brighton and Hove’s oldest and most popular suburbs.

The green open space of Vale Park is just round the corner, while South Portslade Community Centre provides a focal point for activities and local groups.

Within half a mile of the new homes, there is just about everything required for day-to-day life, including a local shopping centre with Tesco and Boots, as well as banks, a post office and dozens of smaller shops, plus cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars.

There are a number of primary schools within a mile of the development, while several secondary schools are also within easy reach.

Just under three miles away is Brighton pier and numerous seafront and city centre attractions, including a rich variety of restaurants, bars, clubs and theatres.

Commuters will appreciate Portslade railway station is just half a mile from home, offering services to Worthing, Chichester, Havant, Portsmouth, Southampton and London Victoria, while the A27 is close by, linking to the A23, the main route from Brighton to London, Crawley and Gatwick Airport.

The launch event will be held at Portslade Mews, located at 67a Norway Street, Portslade, BN41 1AE, on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October from 10am to 5pm.

In the meantime, home-hunters can visit the Royal Alexandra Quarter Sales Information Centre, off Dyke Road, Brighton, BN1 3HR, and open Thursday to Monday from 10am until 5pm, or visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
