Fiat flagship Motor Village launches new, improved website

Fiat’s flagship dealer group Motor Village has addressed growing on-line customer demand by launching a new, redesigned website.

The new site (, following three months of development, now includes a series of exciting and innovative new features, in a fresh, eye-catching design.

Providing an easy-to-use introduction to the services offered by Fiat Group’s flagship UK dealers for all its marques: Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Jeep and Fiat Professional, each section has its own unique colour and identity.

Covering the three Motor Village showrooms – Marylebone in London, Croydon and Oxford – and the Battersea state-of-the-art aftersales centre, the site represents a huge area, giving a wide spread of customers the opportunity to browse, compare and arrange test drives of FGA’s exciting car ranges as well as requesting a service at the most convenient location.

A more personal, engaging feel has been given to the site including photographs of staff and of all the premises: the three sales sites, plus the service centre at London’s Battersea. The stronger home page features full-width imagery, with improved navigation and easier inquiry functions.

New and used car details are listed, along with sections on Business & Fleet, Motability, and Parts & Servicing inquiries. A News & Events library, careers section, and contacts information complete the new site’s features.

The site, developed by specialist agency Visarc, has been designed specifically with tablets and mobile phones in mind as well as conventional computers.

“The internet is so important today for customers looking for a new vehicle, and most start their search on the internet,” says Tony Dittli, managing director, Motor Village. “So it was imperative that we configured our website to reflect the continuing growing needs of our customers.

“The new pages are clean, concise and easy to use, with a personal touch that we aim to reflect in our showroom experience when customers visit us.
