The world's top stars dazzled the crowds with their skills at the ATP World Tour Finals in London this month and fans keen to improve their own games can do so at Spain's La Manga Club this winter with a range of eye-catching packages on offer – with four-night breaks starting from just €163 per person. (approx £125)

Wimbledon winner Andy Murray is among the stars to have used La Manga Club's five-star tennis facilities while the venue is the official overseas training base of the Lawn Tennis Association, and players can work on all aspects of their technique under sunny skies at the resort's 28-court academy.

Available from now until mid-March next year, La Manga Club's 'Winter Special Offer' costs from €602 per person (approx £463) for a seven-night stay and features a 10-hour adult academy with five days' group tuition on all parts of the game plus an end-of-week tournament.

In addition, the attractive package also includes bed-and-breakfast accommodation in La Manga Club's five-star Hotel Principe Felipe, access to the luxury spa featuring fitness centre, indoor pool, saunas and steam rooms, welcome day and last day drinks and 10 per cent discount in the pro shop.

For people seeker a shorter break, a four-night stay in in La Manga Club's fully serviced, four-star Las Lomas Village apartments is available from €163 per person with the package including a minimum three hours' court hire per day and unlimited additional court time subject to availability.

The price, which is based on six people sharing a three-bedroom apartment, also offers free access to the resort's fitness facilities and tax, while accommodation upgrades to the Hotel Principe Felipe are available for a supplement.

Set over 1,400 acres in an area three times the size of Monaco, La Manga Club continues to set the benchmark for sports and leisure destinations across Europe and is widely known as Spain's flagship resort.

Featuring a tennis academy including 20 clay courts, four hard courts and four on artificial grass, the resort boasts some of the best facilities in Europe and British stars including Murray, Laura Robson and Tim Henman have all used the venue to train over the last decade. It has also been used to stage Davis Cup and Fed Cup matches.

In addition, La Manga Club offers unrivalled facilities as a sport and leisure resort including three 18-hole championship golf courses, a new Leadbetter Golf Academy – the only one in mainland Spain – and a 2,000sqm spa and fitness centre. It also offers the choice of a five-star hotel, four-star serviced apartments and townhouses and more than 20 bars and restaurants.
