Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof’s Panchakarma Light Cure includes 7 nights’ accommodation on a full Panchakarma board basis and 6 days of treatments by a single therapist complete with consultations, pulse & nutritional diagnoses, therapeutic supervision, Snehana, Virchana and 11 treatments exclusively tailored to the individual’s medical history. Weekly Yoga and meditation programmes, full use of the Ayurveda Centre and herbal remedies are also included.
