Dinner is prepared by Chef Jonathan Done and his team, who take inspiration from the stunning coastline, Chef picks rock samphire, nettles and wild garlic when in season. Jonathan's menus regularly include crab, turbot, rabbit, lamb, pigeon and game. The menu changes daily to ensure it is supporting the local environment and is truly sustainable.
