Worcestershire and Warwickshire property-seekers looking for a fresh start in 2015 can find out everything they need to know about homebuying in one place – by attending a special event hosted by leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey in Evesham.

The New Home Workshop is taking place on Saturday 17th January from 11am to 3pm at the Northwick Hotel in Evesham, giving would-be movers the chance to receive free specialist advice about all aspects of the property purchasing process.

In attendance on the day will be a selection of estate agents, independent financial advisors, and solicitors, all offering personal advice on buying your first home or with selling your existing home.

Taylor Wimpey Sales Executives will be on hand to talk about the many benefits of buying a brand new home – including lower utility bills and the chance for purchasers to personalise their property by choosing from the fantastic Options range. Purchasers can also find out more about ways to buy their new home, including details on the range of schemes available like Part Exchange and Help to Buy.

Prospective purchasers can also enjoy light refreshments while finding out all about the superb range of high-quality homes and money-saving incentives now available at Taylor Wimpey’s local developments – including Avon Meadows in Bidford-on-Avon, The Orchards in Evesham and Preedy Place in Badsey.

Elaine Taylor, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey West Midlands, says: “Our New Home Workshop offers a unique opportunity for homebuyers to speak directly to everyone involved in the process of purchasing and moving to a new property in one room – and find out how they could get 2015 off to the perfect start in a beautiful new Taylor Wimpey home.

“Whether you’re a first-time buyer or you have a property to sell, this is your chance to find out everything you need to know about the costs involved with moving and how our wide range of homebuyer incentives can help to make purchasing easier and more affordable.

“It’s also a great opportunity to discover the host of advantages to choosing a brand new home over a second-hand property – including lower utility bills and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that there is no upward chain or expensive DIY projects to worry about.

“I’d urge anyone thinking about moving on or up the property ladder this year to come along and see us at the Northwick Hotel on Saturday 17th January.”

Under Help to Buy, first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can access a 20% Government loan towards the cost of a new-build property – so they only require a 5% deposit and a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.

Alternatively, Taylor Wimpey can act as the cash buyer for an existing homeowner’s old property through Part Exchange, while easymover sees the leading housebuilder find a buyer for a current home in just a few weeks.

Taylor Wimpey’s New Home Workshop is taking place at the Northwick Hotel, Waterside, Evesham, WR11 1BT, between 11am and 3pm on Saturday 17th January, with no appointments necessary.
