Buyers are being urged to hurry if they want to live on a new housing development in Northamptonshire as there is already a huge amount of interest in the site before it has even been launched.

Regional builder Charles Church Midlands said buyers are rushing to register their interest in the much-anticipated development in Brackley.

Only 38 homes will be built at The Glebe, off Radstone Road, which will offer a range of three and four-bedroom homes suitable for growing families and people wanting to move up the property ladder.

Suzanne Irons, sales and marketing director, said: “The Glebe is already attracting a lot of interest and we would urge people to hurry if they want to live here.

“Anyone buying off-plan will also have their pick of the plots as people can secure their favourite house and the perfect location. Reserving at this stage means people can truly personalise their home by choosing from a range of fixtures and fittings such as kitchen units, flooring, tiles or accessories.

“We believe the development is proving especially attractive because of its location. A range of amenities are just a short drive away with well-respected schools also nearby. The development really does offer the best of both worlds as it is great for commuters, with the M40 and M1 within easy access, whilst stunning countryside is also on the doorstep.”

The development is also conveniently placed for Oxford, Milton Keynes and Northampton with public open space and parkland nearby, including St James Lake, Brackley Park and Cricket Park together with the 60-acre Evenley Wood Garden.

Suzanne added “Buying a new home is now more affordable and straightforward than ever thanks to incentives including the Government-backed Help to Buy, Home Change and the Persimmon Part Exchange scheme.”

Under Help to Buy, purchasers only need a five per cent deposit along with a 75 per cent mortgage while the Government supplies a 20 per cent equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years.
