New properties are on sale in Wootton Fields, with Morris Homes’ St Georges Fields development now open and the first two homes already sold.

St Georges Fields offers buyers a peaceful village location just a few miles from Northampton and near to the M1, making it ideal for both families and commuters. The site attracted huge levels of interest in the lead up to its opening, with hundreds of people signing up to find out more about the development.

The first homes on sale are a mix of stunning three to five-bedroom houses, which are priced from £239,750, or £191,800 with the Government’s Help to Buy Scheme. With the initiative, only 5% of the value of the home is needed as a deposit, making it possible to buy a property at St Georges Fields with a deposit from less than £12,000.

Upon completion of the first phase of the site there will be 38, one to five-bedroom properties at the already popular development on Newport Pagnell Road.

Cindy Cade, regional sales director at Morris, said: “St Georges Fields gives buyers in Wootton Fields the opportunity to live in a quality new home in a sought after area. With essential amenities and highly regarded schools nearby, including Preston Hedges Primary School, the development has something to offer both young professionals and growing families, so it’s not surprising that the first two properties have been snapped up already.

“There is a lot of support available for those wishing to purchase one of the first homes at the development, with Help to Buy great for buyers who are struggling to raise a typical deposit. We’re expecting the properties to sell quickly so we urge anybody interested to visit the sales team to find out more about the homes and offers available.”
