Detailed plans and prices are being kept under wraps until the launch date, but would-be buyers are being urged to register their interest in the development as soon as possible to ensure they receive the latest information as it becomes available.

Caroline Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re now just a few weeks away from finally unveiling our hotly-anticipated collection of new homes at Northfield View, which we’ll be selling from this summer.

“With a range of designs, from stylish two-bedroom apartments to magnificent five-bedroom detached houses, we are certain discerning customers will find their dream home at this exceptional new development.

“We’re already experiencing high levels of interest from aspiring buyers, so I’d advise anyone hoping to make Northfield View their home to contact us now and give themselves the best chance of securing their favourite plot.”

All the new homes at Northfield View will be completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey will offer a range of helpful homebuyer incentives for purchasers in a variety of circumstances, including Help to Buy and Part Exchange. Full details will be available from the Sales Executive following the development launch.

Northfield View is the first phase of the new Chilton Leys neighbourhood which is ideally located on the north-western fringes of the attractive market town of Stowmarket.

The masterplan for the overall development includes 800 new homes, along with employment space, a new primary school, a local centre and public open space.

Stowmarket’s charming town centre boasts a great selection of independent and high street shops, plus pubs, bars, cafes, tea rooms and restaurants.

Leisure facilities include the Regal cinema and theatre and Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre, which has a swimming pool, sports hall, fitness suite, climbing wall, indoor play centre and sports pitches. The town is also home to the Museum of East Anglian Life.

Parents will appreciate that there is a choice of well-regarded schools for children of all ages within easy reach.
