Linden Homes Midlands is adding to its property portfolio in Lincolnshire by preparing to unveil a new development during the May Bank Holiday Weekend.

The 20 fantastic new homes at the Bell’s Yard development in Horncastle will be an extension to the current site, offering a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The homes will be designed to compliment the existing Linden Homes properties at the site, and will be suitable for everyone from first time buyers to downsizers, families and investors.

An official launch of the development will take place during the weekend of May 2/3, when visitors will be invited to chat the to sales team, pick up a brochure and find out more about the various incentives available – as well as register their interest.

And by registering early, there are many advantages for reserving a new home from plan, including:

Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
Choosing preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
Choosing preferred kitchen units and worktops
Having a blank canvas from which to plan a new home
Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient than their older counterparts

A show home at Bell’s Yard is due to open in the summer, and will become the jewel in the crown of the development.

The contemporary style Woodhall design offers living and entertaining space over three floors. The townhouse style offers family room and kitchen/ dining area on the ground floor, generous living room and bedroom on the first floor and the remaining two bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite on the second floor.

Other styles of home will include a two bedroom coach house, traditional two-storey three and four-bedroom homes and three and four-bedroom town houses. The first homes are due for completion in August 2015.

Linden Homes Midlands sales director Clare Phillips said: “We are delighted to announce this extension to our Bell’s Yard development which allows us to offer even more housing choice to home hunters in Lincolnshire.”

Horncastle is located on the edge for the Lincolnshire Wolds, within easy reach of the Cathedral City of Lincoln, just over half an hour’s drive away on the A158.
