Property-seekers in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, are being urged to discover the superb selection of high-quality homes now on sale at a brand new Taylor Wimpey development which has just launched in the town.

The first properties from the hotly-anticipated Saxon Quarter collection, currently under construction on the former Christ College School site in Arle Road, are now available to purchase from local estate agents Andrews.

Stunning four-bedroom homes are now being sold off-plan from only £275,000 and with interest in the development gathering pace, prospective purchasers are advised to act quickly to secure their favourite plot.

Charlie Joseph, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Saxon Quarter has only been open for a few days, but already we’re experiencing considerable interest in this fabulous collection of brand new homes in a leafy residential neighbourhood.

“Anyone in the market for their dream home in a highly-sought after location should get in touch with Andrews estate agents as soon as they can – and discover their perfect match at this wonderful new development!”

The magnificent four-bedroom detached ‘Cedric’, for example, is priced from £325,000 and features a spacious living room spanning the full depth of the property and a light and airy triple-aspect kitchen/dining/utility room – both offering access to the private rear garden – with a handy guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom, while a garage and two driveway parking spaces are provided outside.

To make choosing a home at the development even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of incentives to suit buyers in a variety of circumstances – including the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, or the Part Exchange initiative for those with a property to sell. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Located just over a mile from Cheltenham town centre, Saxon Quarter enjoys a fantastic and well-connected setting on the edge of the picturesque rolling Cotswold Hills.

The development is close to a wide range of shops and amenities, including Tesco, Asda and Waitrose supermarkets, while Cheltenham boasts an extensive selection of high street shops, department stores, independent boutiques and places to eat and drink.

Cheltenham is home to the flagship race of British steeplechase horse racing, the Gold Cup, while the town also hosts the world-renowned Cheltenham Literature Festival each year.

Parents will appreciate that there is a great selection of schools nearby, with Rowanfield Junior School just a short walk away, which is rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.

Commuters will appreciate easy access to the M5 for routes to Bristol and the West Midlands, while Cheltenham Spa railway station offers direct services to London Paddington, Worcester, Birmingham and Bristol.

To be in with a chance of securing one of the first new homes to go on sale at Saxon Quarter, property-seekers can visit Andrews estate agents at 11 Bath Road, Cheltenham, GL53 7HG, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm, and Saturdays, 9am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
