Iveco Series 2007 kicks off

New Zealand is the exciting setting for the Iveco Series 2007, a rugby event of international importance and featuring three of the strongest teams in the world: France, Canada and of course New Zealand – in the form of the legendary All Blacks.

On 2 June in Auckland and on 9 June in Wellington, the French and the All Blacks will fight it out for the Stralis Cup, widely regarded as a preview of the World Championships. On 16 June in Hamilton it will be the turn of New Zealand and Canada for the Trakker Cup.

The Iveco Series matches will be played in stadiums featuring the Iveco brand and the Stralis and Trakker logos in prominent positions: emblazoned on the field of play and also placed outside the stadium.

The Iveco Series will broadcast the Iveco brand to a truly enormous television audience – estimated at 16 million – fully benefiting from the sponsorship of the All Blacks, and with the promise of an even bigger follow-up during the Rugby World Cup in France in September/October.

A specific section of the web site allblacks.iveco.com dedicated to the “Iveco Series 2007” has been activated by which it will be possible to experience the emotion of the rugby matches, to follow the winning tactics and to see the actions of the players starting from 2 June.
