Homebuyers searching for a stunning new property in Essex can now register their interest in Wyborne Park, Taylor Wimpey’s wonderful collection of homes coming soon to Great Wakering.

The leading housebuilder’s brand new selection of high-quality properties will offer a wide range of options for discerning buyers – including two, three and four-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments.

Prospective purchasers are being invited to register their interest online today to receive the latest information about the forthcoming development and ensure they don’t miss out when the first new homes are unveiled in September.

Michael O’Leary, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Wyborne Park is already generating a great deal of interest from potential buyers, which comes as no surprise thanks to its sought-after location in the village of Great Wakering, just a stone’s throw from the coast.

“I’d advise anyone hoping to secure a property at this highly-anticipated development to get in touch without delay, to give themselves the best chance of reserving their pick of the plots when the new homes are released for sale!”

Property-seekers who register their details now will be kept up to date with information about the launch as soon as it becomes available.

Each of the new homes at Wyborne Park will be completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Wyborne Park enjoys a peaceful village setting in Great Wakering, which offers residents a range of local amenities for everyday life, including a selection of pubs and independent shops, a café, a post office, plus Great Wakering Primary School, which was rated ‘good’ in its latest Ofsted report.

Just over four miles away is Southend-on-Sea, a seaside town which offers an array of shopping and leisure opportunities. The Southend Pleasure Pier is the longest leisure pier in the world, offering amusement parks, an aquarium and cafés.

The town also boasts a cinema and a bowling alley, while there is a wide selection of high street shops, plus The Victoria Shopping Centre and The Royals Shopping Centre, as well as regular markets.

For commuters, Shoeburyness railway station is located less than two miles away from Wyborne Park and offers regular direct services to London Fenchurch Street, while the nearby A127, also known as the Southend Arterial Road, provides road links west towards London.

London Southend Airport is also located less than four miles away, offering routes to a range of international destinations.
