With property prices in London increasing by 11.2% over the past year according to recent figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and transport links improving, homebuyers looking for more house for their money within easy reach of the City should look no further than St Irvyne’s near the market town of Horsham.

What’s more, market towns are more popular than ever before among homebuyers as they are the happiest places to live in Britain, according to further ONS findings. Set in a county where 80% of the land is rural and of that 50% is designated as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Countryside’s St Irvyne’s development can be found in the vibrant new village of Wickhurst Green, an extension of Broadbridge Heath, near Horsham. The new homes combine colonial architecture and traditional design in its executive collection of four and five bedroom detached homes, ideally positioned less than an hour from London by train.

Surrounded by countryside and only an hour from London by train, the new executive homes at St Irvyne’s offer the perfect option and we advise potential purchasers to come and view the properties available.”
