Savvy homebuyers looking for a stunning place to live can register their interest now in a new collection of Taylor Wimpey homes coming soon to Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire.

Bearroc Park will offer a superb range of five-bedroom detached houses, along with playing fields and public open space, in a peaceful, tree-lined location off Shootersway.

Prospective purchasers are being invited to get in touch now to ensure they don’t miss out when the first new homes are released for sale in January.

Christine Scarborough, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Thames, says: “We are incredibly excited to be preparing to launch this superb new development, which provides a range of family-size properties to meet the needs of local buyers.

“We are expecting a huge level of demand for these new homes, given their beautiful surroundings nestled between an established residential area and mature woodland, so I’d urge anyone who’d like to secure one for themselves to register an interest now – or they could regret it later!”

Detailed plans and prices for the new homes at Bearroc Park will be released when the development is launched for sale, but home-hunters who sign up now will be kept up to date with the latest information as soon as it becomes available.

Construction work is due to start this autumn, with the first homes anticipated to be ready to move into in Summer 2016.

Each of the properties at the development will be completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey will offer a range of helpful homebuyer incentives at Bearroc Park, including Help to Buy and Part Exchange, with full details available from the Sales Executive.

Bearroc Park enjoys a highly desirable, tree-lined location on the western fringes of Berkhamsted, bordered by Egerton Rothesay School and a wooded area known as The Plantation.

Berkhamsted is a charming market town on the Grand Union Canal, set in an attractive wooded valley within the Chiltern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The town boasts a wealth of historic buildings, some dating back to the medieval period, and today offers a vibrant mix of independent shops and high street stores – including a Waitrose supermarket – plus a great choice of pubs and places to eat.

Berkhamsted has a beautiful art-deco cinema, while the town’s sports facilities include a leisure centre with swimming pool, sports hall, squash courts and sports pitches, plus a range of sports clubs including football, tennis, cricket, hockey, bowls and archery. The surrounding area is also popular for road cycling and mountain biking.

Families will appreciate there’s a choice of schools for children of all ages within easy reach.

For commuters, the A41 is close by for quick links to Tring, Hemel Hempstead, Watford and London, while Berkhamsted railway station provides trains to London Euston in approximately half an hour, as well as services to Milton Keynes and Northampton.
