Homeowners looking to move to Moulton won’t have to make a meal out of it, thanks to Redrow.

The award-winning housebuilder is holding a special event at its popular Carey Fields development this Sunday (October 4) to guide buyers through its Mastermove service. As experts dish out advice to help people sell up and move on, a tasty hog roast and all the trimmings will also be served up to visitors.

Tonia Tyler, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), explains: “Moving home is often a family decision and so we’re inviting families to visit Carey Fields this Sunday to enjoy a taste of life in a brand new Redrow home in Moulton. From 1pm to 4pm visitors will be able to view the showhomes and tuck into a hog roast.

“We’ll be explaining how homeowners can secure a sale on the open market and usually at full market value with our Mastermove service. Plus while the adults discuss the serious side of moving, there will be a children’s entertainer on hand to keep younger family members occupied.”

Current availability at Carey Fields includes four and five-bedroom designs from the Heritage Collection of traditional looking homes with prices from £394,950.

Available to those downsizing, climbing the housing ladder or taking a sideways step, Mastermove enlists tried and trusted agents to sell a customer’s existing home.

Customers who sign up for Mastermove will have their property valued and, once a selling price is agreed, Redrow will instruct an estate agent to market the property on their behalf. Crucially, they will keep in regular contact with all parties to ensure the sales process runs quickly and smoothly

Located on Northampton Lane North, Redrow’s new homes are ideally placed with a selection of nearby shops to cater for residents’ daily needs, including a post office, plus pubs, a theatre and sports complex with activities for all ages and abilities. Moulton Primary School is within half a mile of the development, plus there are plenty of other schools for all ages in the surrounding area.

To enjoy a taste of life at Carey Fields and a hog roast on the house, visit Carey Fields this Sunday (October 4) from 1pm to 4pm. For more information see redrow.co.uk/carey.
