Redrow Homes offers early bird prices to house hunters
Redrow is making moving to Lechlade easier for home buyers by offering pre-showhome prices as part of the Early Bird scheme at its new development, Ferrers Park.
Ferrers Park, off Station Road, is home to a superb selection of three, four and five bedroom properties nestled between a stunning lake and relaxing open farm land. The showhomes are due to open next year, with the first completions likely to take place in spring 2016. Pre-showhome prices start from £356,995.
Redrow’s Early Bird scheme is available on selected plots at Ferrers Park, meaning potential homebuyers can register their interest in the plots which are yet to be released. Buying off-plan enables customers to get their pick of the plots, as well as customise their property to make it the perfect home for them.

This scheme removes lengthy chains and estate agent fees.
