West Sussex property-seekers are being urged to act now to give themselves the best chance of securing one of the first stunning homes at a brand new Taylor Wimpey development coming soon to Ferring.

Building work is now under way on site at Greenside, which will be a select collection of just 40 stylish two, three and four-bedroom properties on the semi-rural outskirts of this quiet and popular seaside village community.

With the new homes expected to be very popular, anyone hoping to find their dream property at the development is urged to register their interest as soon as possible ahead of its launch in April.

Fiona Creed, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re already experiencing enormous interest in our stunning new homes at Greenside, which is hardly surprising given its fantastic location.

“Anyone hoping to choose one of the fabulous new properties at this prestigious new development is advised to register an interest without delay to put themselves among the first in line when the development opens.”

Offering a choice of high-quality homes to suit buyers in a range of circumstances, Greenside will be set amid landscaped grounds with public open spaces for residents to enjoy.

Ferring is an attractive village centred on an historic Norman church and fronted by a huge beach including a popular beachside cafe.

There is a large Asda supermarket within walking distance of the development, and Ferring’s village centre offers a doctors’ surgery, dentist, library, village hall and convenience store.

For a wider selection of shopping, leisure and entertainment opportunities, Littlehampton, Worthing and Brighton are all within easy reach.

There are also a number of primary and secondary schools nearby, including Ferring C of E Primary School, the closest to Greenside, which is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted.

Commuters will be pleased to know that Goring-by-Sea railway station is just 1.6 miles from the development for services to Brighton in as little as 30 minutes, and also to Southampton and London Victoria. The nearby A27 offers convenient links west and east, and to the A280/A24 for London and the M25.

The huge South Downs National Park extends over 628 square miles to the north of the development. Local attractions include Highdown Hill and Gardens, Cissbury Ring Hill Fort and the 11th century Arundel Castle, while there are two local golf clubs and a Virgin Active gym around two miles from home.
