First time buyers get help to buy at The Maltings, Newmarket

According to Government data, over 150,000 people have achieved their aspiration of buying a property thanks to the Help to Buy scheme. Some 80% of those were first-time buyers, seeking help for a deposit, which is now on average over £80,000 .
