Property-seekers are being offered a rare opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of a Taylor Wimpey new homes development during a special event taking place this weekend.

The leading housebuilder is hosting Hard Hat Weekends at its Pine Trees at Daws Hill development in High Wycombe and at Highfield Court in Ickenham on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th May. This will give would-be buyers the chance to enjoy a guided tour of selected plots while they are still under construction.

Emma Jones, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey West London, says: “Homebuyers are used to seeing completed showhomes and viewhomes at new-build developments, but it’s not often that they get to go behind the scenes of our construction sites to visit properties while they’re still being built.

“We want to give people the opportunity to experience our high-quality homes from a totally new perspective and see for themselves the work that goes on during the construction process – that’s why we’re allowing access to selected plots for one weekend only during our special Hard Hat events.

“Guided tours will be supervised by our Site Managers and all the necessary protective clothing will be provided. Visits must be booked in advance so anyone interested in coming along should contact us as soon as they can, while we still have slots available.”

Appointments for both Hard Hat Weekend events are available between 11am and 3pm on both Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th May.

At Pine Trees in High Wycombe, visitors will be able to explore the magnificent five-bedroom ‘Alconbury’ and ‘Abbots’ detached homes, both of which benefit from a spacious kitchen/breakfast room, a large lounge, a separate dining room and a study on the ground floor, plus an en-suite master bedroom and four further bedrooms on the first and second floors. Properties of these types are available to purchase now at Pine Trees from £780,000 and £810,000 respectively.

At Highfield Court in Ickenham, meanwhile, the Hard Hat tours will take in the generously proportioned four-bedroom ‘Westland’, ‘Sycamore’ and ‘Gloster’ housetypes, which offer a choice of layouts and designs to suit a range of individual requirements. Prices for these properties range from £745,000 to £840,000.

To book an appointment for either of the Hard Hat Weekend events, home-hunters should contact the Sales Executive at their preferred development as soon as possible.
