New surveys from Rightmove and Savills show how buyers’ priorities have experienced a huge shift since lockdown begun; with 71% of under 40’s stating that outdoor space had become the most important. 44% claim that ‘space to work from home’ was another, with conveniently placed amenities also taking the top spot in their list of ‘must haves’.

Buyers on the lookout for all of the above should look no further than Centre Square by Inland Homes. This dynamic collection of one and two-bedroom apartments can be found in the well-connected hub of High Wycombe, where residents can take full advantage of the numerous amenities and green spaces on their doorstep. Furthermore, with Help to Buy available on selected plots and a Help to Buy Viewing Weekend taking place this weekend (26/27th September) the prospect of owning a home here is achievable for a broad range of buyers.

Vicki Noon, Sales and Marketing Director at Inland Homes, comments: “The recent lockdown has given home-hunters plenty of time to reconsider their priorities – particularly when it comes to location. This is why Centre Square is such an excellent choice. Residents will not only enjoy a stylish home with a first-class specification, but they are incredibly well situated. In the event of a second lockdown, residents at Centre Square couldn’t be better equipped”.

Centre Square epitomises Twenty-first Century living, having been built in line with High Wycombe’s incredible re-generation. For the discerning shopper/diner, The Eden Centre offers an excellent array of shops and restaurants - as well as a cinema, bowling alley, library and gym. For outdoor pursuits, residents have access to 53 acres of green open space at The Rye - which also enjoys an open-air swimming pool. This is sure to attract a number of local dwellers and residents during the summer months.

When it comes to the properties themselves, each and every apartment at Centre Square has been designed with modern-day lifestyles in mind; with spacious living areas and open-plan kitchens creating gorgeous focal points for people to work from home in the event of a second lockdown. Many apartments also enjoy a spacious private balcony or terrace – providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a hard day.

In terms of specification, kitchens come with an elegant range of contemporary units and worktops, and are completed with a selection of integrated appliances. Bedrooms are painted in light, neutral tones - allowing residents to decorate this important space to their own taste. Stylish white bathroom suites with tiled floors, courtesy of Porcelanosa, as well as downlights and a heated chrome towel rail.

At the heart of the development, residents can enjoy beautifully landscaped gardens with formal hedgerows, semi mature trees, grassed areas and benches stationed sporadically – providing a calming oasis for home owners to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, Centre Square has supplied residents with cycle storage - ideal for any avid cyclists, or those who wish to commute by bike. This, paired with the fitness centre found adjacent to the development, gives buyers ample opportunity to live an active lifestyle.

Commuters are well catered for at Centre Square, with High Wycombe train station just ten-minutes away on foot. Here, residents can take advantage of non-stopping services into London Marylebone in just 26 minutes. Just off the A40, commuters travelling by car can make it to Beaconsfield in under twenty minutes; or, alternatively, Junction 4 off the M40 is less than two miles away - providing easy access to London and the Midlands.

The Help to Buy viewing weekend is strictly by appointment only. The Pavillion Apartments and Alexandra House will offer a total of 43 new, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments available with Help To Buy. Prices are starting from £225,000. For more information please visit inlandhomes.co.uk/developments/centre-square.
