With interest in Trevenson Meadows showing no sign of slowing as the development nears completion, time is running out for prospective purchasers hoping to snap up their perfect property in a great location.

Clare Brimble, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, says: “Trevenson Meadows has been a big hit with discerning homebuyers ever since its launch and we’re delighted to unveil our final selection of properties to suit purchasers in a wide range of circumstances.

“We’re already experiencing significant interest in this latest release of two, three and four-bedroom houses and are expecting them to sell out fast – so there really is no time to waste for buyers keen to secure the home of their dreams here.”

The final choice of homes available for sale at Trevenson Meadows includes two-bedroom coach house apartments and terraced houses from just £162,500, three-bedroom properties from £206,000 and four-bedroom designs from £235,000.

The three-bedroom ‘Scotney’, for example, is priced from £215,000 and is ideal for couples or growing families, with a spacious living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a contemporary kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to two well-proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom, while the en-suite master bedroom occupies the entire top floor.

The ‘Scotney’ comes complete with a garage and some plots also have allocated parking outside and, like all new homes at Trevenson Meadows, is completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Taylor Wimpey also offers a range of helpful incentives to make moving easier and more affordable for buyers in a range of circumstances, including Help to Buy and Part Exchange. Further information is available from the Sales Executive.
