Off plan launch for eagerly anticipated East Hertfordshie homes

With a database of 600-plus potential purchasers, new homes in Buntingford are being released for sale ‘off plan’ in response to demand.

Those hoping to call The Maples on Ermine Street ‘home’ are being urged to make an appointment now as the diary for the launch day (Saturday, October 22) is filling up fast with prospective homeowners keen to stake their claim on a property at the earliest opportunity.

The Redrow development will feature designs from Redrow’s sought-after Heritage Collection of Arts & Crafts influenced homes, with the initial release including four and five-bedroom homes.

The first wave of properties will be sold via Keith Ian Estate Agents in Buntingford.

Kerry McCoubrey, sales director for Redrow Homes (Eastern), said: “Redrow is a brand people in this part of East Hertfordshire will hopefully be aware of, as Hedera Green in nearby Royston, was previously a sell-out success. Buyers have certainly been showing a strong interest in our latest development in Buntingford and in response to the high demand we’ve decided to release selected properties ‘off plan’.

“The beauty of buying a brand new home in a development’s early stages is the sheer amount of choice available. Firstly, there’s a greater chance of securing your preferred style of home in the position you want. And, once you’ve reserved, there are plenty of opportunities to make it your own.”

Customers will be able to explore the different layouts via redrow.co.uk and by becoming an online member of ‘My Redrow’ can book appointments, look at what’s included, and make direct contact with recommended new build mortgage specialists.

Once they’ve reserved, buyers can also use My Redrow to make their design choices, selecting the finish of things like the kitchen or the bathroom tiles, perhaps adding practical extras such as hot and cold water filter taps, additional appliances or even eco options like a charging point for an electric car or water butt.

“While we’ll initially be selling ‘off plan’ at The Maples, we have a proven track record of building quality homes that people really want to live in and have won numerous industry awards over the years,” Kerry adds.

The first homes at The Maples will be released for sale this Saturday (October 22). For more information see redrow.co.uk/developments/the-maples-buntingford.
