New homes milestone in Northants
The 200th Redrow home in Barton Seagrave is now occupied and with no sign of sales slowing, a new phase has just been released.
River View and Castle Fields, part of the wider Barton Park scheme, launched in spring 2013 and has now blossomed into a vibrant new community, where people really want to live.
To date more than 230 homes have been sold and the vast majority of them are now occupied.
As building work has progressed and more residents have moved in, Redrow has also relocated, moving out of River View with homes with homes from both developments now selling via Castle Fields, where a new Oxford show home is opening soon.
Tonia Tyler, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “Homes at River View and Castle Fields remain as popular today as when we first launched in the area four years ago. There remains a real buzz about the place and if anything, as more people move in it’s spurring others on to want to buy. Before we released this new phase, we had a list of people keen to purchase. In fact most of our purchasers already know exactly which property they want to buy and are eager to make ‘early bird’ reservations to give them first refusal when that home is released for sale.”
Current availability includes three and four-bedroom homes, with prices from £236,950.
Four-bedroom designs in the latest release include the York set out over three floors and the two-storey Stratford.
Both properties feature open plan kitchen and dining rooms, plus separate lounge and convenient cloakroom to the ground floor.
In the York there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom on the first floor, with the master bedroom and en-suite encompassing the top floor.
All four bedrooms in the Stratford are on the first floor, with the master bedroom benefitting from an en-suite to complement the family bathroom.
Two children’s play areas form part of the new neighbourhood and with a choice of schools within walking distance, it’s the idea place to settle down and raise a family.
Allotments border one side of the development, while nearby Wicksteed Park and its arboretum offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors close to home. There are two supermarkets within easy reach, while easy access to the A14 provides a link to neighbouring towns. It’s also an ideal base for commuters as nearby Kettering station offer frequent services to London St Pancras with journey times of around an hour.
The sales centre at Castle Fields is open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information, including the latest availability and pricing, see redrow.co.uk/castlefields.
