Mondial gains Fiat Professional approval

Mondial Assistance has been chosen by Fiat Professional to offer service and repairs to its motorhomes and light commercial vehicles. The new partnership will see Mondial’s fleet maintenance and training centre expand into a retail and customer service centre to become Assist Warrington, delivering a premium Fiat branded service with a focus on customer care. With an expanding portfolio of models, Fiat’s partnership with Mondial provides a major development opportunity for the Fiat business both in the region and across the UK.

Nigel Hanley, Dealer Principal at Mondial’s Assist Warrington says, “The majority of motorhomes sold in the UK in 2006 and 2007 were based on a Fiat chassis, providing Mondial with a significant entry into this retail sector. However, more significantly, with a class-leading line up of light commercial vehicles, Fiat is set to benefit from Mondial’s experience in this field. We are eager to work closely with Fiat, not only to bring its customers a service centre and team of experts created specifically to facilitate larger vehicles, but to provide a customer service experience that will set Fiat apart.”

Mondial Assistance has developed a storage plan at Warrington to include valeting and preparation, delivering added value to Fiat motorhome owners. Two levels of storage are available, allowing a customer to have complete peace of mind and a bespoke, fully managed service.
