Five star housebuilder Barratt Homes is set to launch its latest development in Gloucestershire with buyers now able to reserve a home at Saxon Gate in Leonard Stanley.

Saxon Gate will be a development of 104 two, three, four and five bedroom homes surrounded by the Gloucestershire countryside.

The new development is being launched at a time of increasing demand for new properties in the region and Barratt Homes sales director Andrea Pilgrim said the new development will provide much-needed homes with the first now available to reserve off plan.

“The opportunity to reserve off plan ahead of the official launch of the show homes later this summer presents a superb opportunity for people to be among the first to secure one of these stylish new homes in what is a highly sought-after location,” said Andrea.

Off-plan availability at Saxon Gate includes the three-bedroom detached Ennerdale design and the four bedroom Kingsley and Radleigh designs.

“With so much interest in Saxon Gate, this outstanding development promises to be hugely successful. Anyone interested in moving here should contact us soon or visit us online to be in with a chance of reserving one of these beautiful homes early on,” said Andrea.

Saxon Gate is within the village of Leonard Stanley and is being designed as a community with plenty of open space and play areas for children.

Shops, a pub and Post Office are within walking distance in Kings Stanley and there is easy access to Stonehouse train station, the M5 and the A419 for commuters.
