Sustainability and eco-friendly credentials are becoming increasingly important to Bath homebuyers, according to Bellway.

The housebuilder has supplied every buyer at its Mulberry Park development with a travel pack which offers incentives to travel in environmentally friendly ways around Bath.

The pack includes discounts for cycle purchases and a month’s free bus travel, in a bid to encourage eco-friendly travel around the city.

Tim Lund, Sales Director for Bellway South West, said: “Feedback from our buyers at Mulberry Park is that being environmentally conscious is increasingly important to them, and being close to facilities such as public transport links comes high on their list of priorities.

“The travel pack we have put together for our buyers gives them an overview of all the sustainable transport options available to them and has proven very popular with everyone who has received it so far.

“Not only that, but the discounts and incentives included within the pack are the perfect way to give our buyers an eco-friendly head start, and the extra information included within the pack gives them all the know-how to live in a more sustainable way at Mulberry Park.”

A selection of four-bedroom homes priced from £540,000 to £560,000 are available at Mulberry Park development, which is located in Combe Down, to the south of Bath.

Visit the sales centre at Mulberry Park, which is open between 10am to 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, between 10am and 7pm on Thursday, and between 11am and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
