Showhome living on offer at The Academy

Showhome living is no longer out of reach for Rugby buyers, as Bellway has released one of its showhomes in the town for sale.

The four-bedroom Weston showhome is now available to buy at The Academy, a development of 131 new homes which is being built on the former site of the Rugby campus for Warwickshire College, off Lower Hillmorton Road.

The final five properties are now available to buy at the development and construction work is moving into the final phases.

Sales Director for Bellway’s East Midlands division, Ben Smith, said the Weston had impressed guests ever since it was first unveiled to the public.

He said: “We’ve now released the final homes for sale at The Academy and we’re in a position to release the Weston showhome for sale as well. This is great news as we’ve already been receiving enquiries from people looking to experience the showhome lifestyle.

The final homes are now available to buy at The Academy including a selection of three and four-bedroom properties, with prices starting from £252,000.

The Weston showhome is open to view between 10.30am and 5pm from Friday to Monday and 10.30am until 7.30pm on Thursday.
