Edmondson back to winning ways

Edmondson Suzuki Enduro rider Paul Edmondson, blitzed the field at the WOR Premiership event at Lynn Ynn Hall, near Ruthin over the weekend.

Edmondson’s gradual build-up for the British Enduro Championship at Knighton in a few weeks time, received a huge boost with the win over the weekend as the ex World Champion found his form.

Despite being last off the line when the flag dropped at the start of the race, Fast Eddy was up to third place by the end of the first lap and took the lead by the start of the second lap.

Edmondson stayed in complete control throughout the remainder of the three-hour race and cruising to the finish flag some two minutes ahead of his nearest rival.

With the RM-Z250 running fast and smooth throughout the three-hours, Edmondson’s confidence and expectations have been given a further boost for the upcoming British Enduro Championship.

Edmondson: "That was a great outing, the track was tight and technical but the bike ‘s performance was superb, very easy to ride. It never missed a beat over the three hours and my confidence in the machine has never been higher."

"As ever the bike was ultimately reliable", he continued "and when you have such high confidence in your machine, you can ride hard and fast, which is what I did today."
