The 369 Manifestation Method

Manifestation is having a moment on all social media platforms, in particular TikTok. The hashtag has gained over 180 million views! 

People have been sharing this new method that focuses on the idea that you can get what you want most out of life - if that’s a better job, a new relationship or money. 

It isn’t a new concept. In fact, manifestation has been used by trusted psychics, and other members of the “woo-woo community,” but now it seems it has become mainstream. 

It is all about harnessing the power of the law of attraction, which governs the Universe. It works by not just simply making a wish, but rather envisioning and feeling that you already have what you want most. 

To start, it is important to get clear on what it is exactly that you want for your future. By doing this, you can really delve into why it is you want it - will it give you happiness? Security? The next step is to identify the steps you will need to take toward your goal. 

After this, you must visualise your new life as if you already have it. Go into detail! What colour is your new car? How does it feel to drive it? What does it feel like to open the door?

The 369 method involves practising manifestation three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon and nine times before bed. But each time you do something slightly different. So, you write the subject three times (a new car), then you write the intention six times (I received a new car) and then you write down the action (I finally could afford my new car!)

By focusing on your goals each day, through affirmations, you are convincing your brain of what you are saying. This convinces your brain that you not only deserve what you desire, but it is entirely possible that you will receive it. 

Another essential part of manifesting is practising gratitude. When we manifest from a feeling of lack, anxiety or desperation it only attracts the same emotions. Therefore, a great tip is to manifest on days you are feeling your best! 

This emphasises the importance of giving time and attention to the people and things that make you feel good! Prioritise what is going to propel you forward in life, rather than hold you back. 

So, why not give it a go! Even if you don’t believe in the law of attraction - sitting down and aligning yourself to your goals sounds like a pretty good idea! Happy manifesting!
