Get on the starting grid for Race Car Live

17th September 2009 Print
Race Car Live As the UK’s motorsport season draws to a close, the action will just be getting started as Race Car Live returns to Brands Hatch on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November. Featuring cars from various motorsport series, a number of manufacturers will use Race Car Live as a launch pad for plans for the 2010 season.

Radical Motorsport, ADR, Advent Motorsport and Tiger Sportscars to name a few will line up alongside clubs such as the 750 Motorclub, Mini Seven Racing Club, and the BMW Racing Drivers Club. Saxmax, Formula 4 and Mini Challenge will all be looking to entice new entrants while Demon Tweeks will provide all your gear for the new season.

A showcase for British and, increasingly, European motorsport, Race Car Live is the perfect opportunity to talk to race series organisers, manufacturers, retailers, tuning companies, motor clubs and specialist component suppliers.

For new drivers it's the perfect place to discover the huge number of formulas on offer in the UK, an opportunity to discuss your requirements in a relaxed environment. You can even take your ARDS test and have your medical examination in order to get an MSA license for the coming season.
Any visitor holding a current MSA license (senior or junior classes) can go on the circuit in a class appropriate to their license and ride and in many cases drive a variety of racing cars on the Indie Circuit.

Those without a license can still enjoy the thrills and speed of motorsport with a ‘hot ride’ where visitors get their adrenalin fix by getting into a car with a skilled driver who will drive them around the race circuit and rally track so they can see how fast these cars can really go. There's no need to book: just sign on as a passenger and enjoy the real thrill of Brands Hatch at race speed!

The show is truly a 'one-stop shop' for both new and experienced drivers with trade stands selling everything a driver needs to start the new season. The Education Zone will have all you need to know about gaining qualifications, the apprenticeships and scholarships available for a career in motorsport, be it as a driver, pit crew or designer, with several major colleges attending.

And if the one thing you are lacking for the new season is a car, then our 'Race Cars for Sale' area will be filled with the latest bargains. MSA licence holders are also eligible to park any race cars they have for sale.

Race Car Live is open from 9am until 5pm each day. Ticket prices range from £15 for an adult and £10 for concessions when purchased in advance. For the latest updates or to book tickets, visit londonmotorsport.co.uk.
