dayresQ celebrates first year success
Mondial Assistance and dayinsure.com, are celebrating the first anniversary of their personal lines motor insurance product dayresQ. To date, nearly 16,000 customers have booked their short term insurance with roadside assistance provided by Mondial Assistance. This represents an average uptake of over 33% of the total dayinsure short term insurance volume, illustrating the power of its partnership with Mondial Assistance. dayresQ was created to provide motorists with a new highly flexible and competitive short term insurance solution which also includes roadside assistance.“One year on, we are delighted to be celebrating a highly successful launch and we are already considering expanding the range, working closely with dayinsure.com,” explains Simon Cook, Automotive Director at Mondial Assistance. “dayresQ delivers the ultimate motor insurance package, comprising full insurance cover and roadside assistance. Designed specifically for short-term motor insurance needs, dayresQ provides immediate short term cover, enabling motorists to add a temporary additional driver at short notice, drive a vehicle away from a garage immediately, or gain cover to drive a temporary additional vehicle. In addition to providing the 24/7 roadside assistance support for dayresQ, Mondial Assistance operates the call centre, technician and customer services functions, putting its expertise into the heart of the operation.
The new range of products from this successful partnership, yet to be unveiled, will include motorbikes and motor homes and will be priced to reflect ever changing lifestyles and periodic use of vehicles. The whole range will be designed to make cost-effective cover available for all aspects of a customer’s life.
