Home & Legacy teams up with Sequence
High net worth insurance specialist, Home and Legacy, has reached an agreement with Sequence, a national network of estate agents, to provide landlord's rent and legal protection plus legal expenses insurance.Under the new arrangement, Home and Legacy will supply the cover for all new Sequence lettings insurance policies, in addition to the existing renewal book of around 1,000 policies.
Policyholders will be covered up to £60,000 for any one claim or, during any period of insurance, for legal costs and expenses following non-payment of rent or repossession of property following tenant disputes. Landlords also have access to a legal helpline for advice on tenancy related matters.
