New fixed rates from UCB Home Loans

Specialist lender, UCB Home Loans, is today increasing fixed rates on its entire core range of Self-Cert and Buy-to-Let mortgages.

The new rates available are:

Self-Cert Flexible 2 Year Fixed Rate @ 5.94% (increased by 0.25%)
Self-Cert Flexible 3 Year Fixed Rate @ 5.84% (increased by 0.20%)
Self-Cert Flexible 5 Year Fixed Rate @ 5.69% (increased by 0.10%)

Buy-to-Let Flexible 2 Year Fixed Rate @ 5.94% (increased by 0.25%)
Buy to Let Flexible 3 Year Fixed Rate @ 5.84% (increased by 0.20%)
Buy to Let Flexible 5 Year Fixed Rate @ 5.69% (increased by 0.10%)
