Coventry launches new flexible fixed rate mortgages

On Thursday 1 February, the Coventry introduces a range of new flexible fixed rate mortgages, including the only fixed rate buy to let product in the market without any early repayment charges.

The new products, which are available to new and existing customers, are as follows:-

Buy to let

5.89% Flexx Fixed to 31 03 10 – no ERC, £749 arrangement fee, £250 booking fee

Residential

5.99% Flexx Fixed to 31 03 12 – no ERC, no arrangement fee, no booking fee

5.79% Flexx Fixed to 31 03 12 – no ERC, £549 arrangement fee, £199 booking fee

5.89% Flexx Fixed to 31 03 10 – no ERC, £499 arrangement fee, £199 booking fee

Offset

5.74% Flexx Fixed to 31 03 12 – no ERC, £549 arrangement fee, £199 booking fee

5.85% Flexx Fixed to 31 03 09 - no ERC, £549 arrangement fee, £199 booking fee

5.35% Flexx – no ERC, £600 arrangement fee, £199 booking fee
