10 Year Fixed Rate Option 1 - 6.09% up to 95% LTV. £399 Arrangement Fee, £100 Administration Fee. ERC's apply.

10 Year Fixed Rate Option 2 – 6.24% up to 95% LTV. £399 Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee, Free First Standard Valuation. ERC's apply. Remortgage Customers Only - Free Conveyancing Service. No HLC.
