The new range offers home-movers and re-mortgagors a choice of either a low rate with a higher fee or a lower fee with a higher rate. The range also includes fee free mortgages which have cash incentives for people moving home and free legal and valuation costs for people just moving their mortgage.

Two year mortgages:

5.69% fixed rate – £795 fee
6.44% fixed rate – no fee, includes incentives

Five year mortgages:

5.79% fixed rate – £795 fee
6.44% fixed rate – no fee, includes incentives

Ten year mortgages:

Commenting on the new mortgages, Chris Edwards, Head of Mortgages and Savings said: “We have taken advantage of the current volatility in the money markets which has allowed us to pass on the lower rates to our members. The new range, which is in addition to our 25 year long term fixed rate, ensures that we offer a suitable product for every borrower looking for a fixed mortgage rate.”
