Britannia launches new 2 year fixed rate mortgage

Britannia Building Society are launching a new 2 year fixed rate mortgage on the 13 November 2007. The interest rate will be a low 5.39% with an arrangement fee of £1999.

Neville Richardson, Group Chief Executive of Britannia said 'We offer a good range of morgages and this new addition will enable people to find a mortgage that best suits their needs.'

As well as getting a gereat deal on their mortgage, by joining Britannia, the borrower would be able to reap the benefits of the Britannia Member Reward scheme - which pays an annual bonus back to the member.
