Britannia's two year fixed rates reduced again

Britannia Building Society has cut the rate of its two year fixed rate mortgages by a further 20 basis points.

Tim Franklin, Managing Director of Member Business, said: "Borrowers opting for one of our new two year fixed rates have a choice of options, depending on the size of their deposit. Whichever option they choose, they will have the reassurance that their payments will stay the same for the next two years."
