Abbey increases LTV on all fixes from 60 to 70 per cent
From Friday 15 May, Abbey is increasing the loan-to-value on all its popular 2, 3 and 5-year fixed rate mortgages that had been available at 60 per cent LTV to 70 per cent LTV. The new deals will have the same price but by increasing the LTV, will be accessible to more borrowers.Nici Audhlam-Gardiner, Abbey Director of Mortgages, commented: "At Abbey we are committed to offering our customers the best possible deals. For loyal Abbey customers looking to remortgage, Abbey is offering a 2.95 per cent 2-year fix with a £599 fee at 70 per cent LTV.
