S&P upgrades Schroder Managed Balanced

Standard & Poor’s have upgraded Schroder Managed Balanced Fund from A to AA rated. The fund managed by Andrew Yeadon, has returned 11.73% over one year, outperforming the Balanced Managed Sector average by 3.08% placing the fund in the top decile. Over three and five years the fund has produced returns of 49.92% and 57.35% respectively.

Investing in Schroders’ own funds, Schroder Managed Balanced Fund is a fettered, fund of funds.

Andrew Yeadon, Manager, Schroder Managed Balanced, said: “Strong fund selection and timely asset allocation decisions have driven the strong performance of Schroder Managed Balanced Fund. Top fund picks such as Schroder UK Alpha Plus and Schroder European Alpha Plus funds, which are both top quartile, combined with our asset allocation views, such as our overweight equities over bonds, have benefited the Fund.”
